What you do to your soul is an infection unto death.  What God does in your soul is painful and bloody, but leads to Life. 

Blessings

Blessings are whatever improves your soul, bringing your flesh to death.  Crucifixion is the best one.  Thank God for every blessing and ask for more.

Simplicity and Freedom

What have you refused God?  Control?  Obedience?  Trust?  He holds His arms out for you to be His little sheep, and know simplicity and freedom.

The Constant Rain of God

As you believe in rain, even on the hottest, driest days, believe in God's goodness toward you.  Even more, believe it's raining all the time.

God is ALL

Finally comprehending your complete weakness/inadequacy is the greatest gift.  There, your freedom begins, as you understand and walk in this truth:  God is ALL.

God, Who forms a stunning butterfly from a lowly larva, is at work in your soul!  Be thankful for any suffering which brings your wings!

Powered By Love

The sun, powered by nuclear fusion, has infinitely less power and light than the One Who lives in your heart!  The One Who loves you!

Simple Trust

Walk simply in trust.  Don't require the "what, where, when, who, whether, or why" of anything.  Relinquish complete control to your God, Who loves you.

His Love, Your Will

You've always been in God's mind; loved eternally.  His love became visible on the cross; His will, limited, so you could choose.  Now choose Him.

God as Surgeon

If someone needs tumor removal surgery, he never says to his surgeon, "You're so mean!"  Even more, don't say it to God when He operates.

Gifts

Don't pay too much attention to your gifts; but to the Giver of gifts.  True love uses the gift to give glory to the Giver.

Let Love Flood!

Ask God to show you what you're withholding and compartmentalizing away from Him in your heart.  What are you afraid of?  Let Love flood everywhere!

Lifting Jesus Up

You can't lift yourself and Jesus up at the same time.  Be humble in everything for His sake, and others will be drawn to Him.

Opportunities for growth are disguised every day as unpleasant moments.  They're your chances to deny yourself, be crucified, and follow Him.  Surrender at every cost.

Nothing happens to you outside the heart of God. He so desperately loves you, He planned you, then His own death for you before creation!

There's motive behind every thought/action.  Only God can make your motives pure.  Now believe that He WANTS to do this for you, and ask!

It's God's Love that keeps you subjected to what seems unbearable.  It's only unbearable because of your soulish attachments and propriety, which need to die.

Accept the State You're Given

Accept the various states God gives you as you accept differing weather.  Love Him through fog, rain, heat, tornadoes!  Then all will prosper your soul.

Once He enters, God's Spirit, Who is a Seed of Light, starts sending Roots of Light to break up the hard darkness of the heart.
