The Simple Faith of Yes or No

Practice saying "yes" or "no".  Saying "It's complicated" is just avoidance.  Step out in simple faith in what God asks; He will perform it Himself. 

Resist Satan

It's shocking that we stand, hands hanging, allowing Satan to have his way, when all we only need to resist a little and he flees.

Just an Eggshell

This life, body, and belongings are just an eggshell.  Let it crack and fall away so that your glorious new Life can thrive and grow!

Find His Way

If you've lost your way, it's because it's YOUR way.  Forsake it!  Find God's way and your anger will turn into a river of peace.

Don't Bear His Burdens

If you're pinched between people or bad situations, give up the position at once to Jesus.  It's His burden!  He'll transform it to His glory.

Eyes of Faith

Using eyes of faith, "see" people as they already are in eternity, all your prayers answered for them!  This is true reality, and true faith.

Walls Become Nothing

Look through your walls of feelings that rise up, into the eyes of Jesus!  They'll become nothing and you'll walk right through into His will.

God is so excited to see you!  To Him, you're the cutest, most precious, wonderful thing ever!  His face lights up with joy over you!

How can you eat the life/power of God with your proprietary nature blocking your throat?  Your most fervent prayer must be for its death.

Let God Purify the Source

Though you purify the stream, if the source is impure, pollution returns.  Fear not!  God will purify it, if you abandon yourself trustingly to Him.

The power of a waterfall to scour/change terrain is a picture of God's love.  But don't stand beside it and expect anything.  Dive in!

Let God Deal With You

Whatever you don't allow God to deal with grows like yeast in your heart.  The temptation is to hide, but the remedy is the cross.

The Cleansing Squeeze

Don't mind what God squeezes out of the sponge (you).  It's not "new" sin, but what was deep inside.  Come voluntarily for the cleansing squeeze.

Speech

Let your speech be simple, timely and direct, as God's is with you.  Speak love, not self-defense, blame, or self-pity, which are just noisy flesh.

The Humble Donkey

The dumb, humble donkey that carried Jesus just acted in obedience, without concern about whether he was ready or worthy.  He had no false pride.

Cry First For Him

Do you cry for yourself, or Jesus?  Whatever happened went through Him first.  Ask Him for such a love, that you cry first for Him.

The Trust of Children

Trust God without knowing answers, just as all children trust their parents for everything, and happily play.  If ignorance is given, be content with it.

Wallowing in Mud

Sometimes, we're left to wallow in mud, until we grasp our complete inability to help ourselves.  This does our souls more good than immediate rescue.

Cast Yourself On Him

Bring all burdens to God trusting Him with them.  Your greatest burden: YOU!  So cast yourself on Him too!  Bearing anything by yourself is unbelief.

The Light of God

The Light of God is composed of His Love and Life.  You're bathed in it!  Walk before Him in the knowledge of this great joy!

Cast Your Mountain Into God's Sea

There's no greater mountain than the "self" in your heart; no greater faith than casting it into God's sea of love.  Walk humbly before God.
